THE CHALLENGE
Pinpoint collaborated with world renowned facial plastic surgeon, Amir Karam, MD to create an educational ebook that answered many of the most important questions a potential candidate has before they ever book a consultation. The goals were:
THE SOLUTION
Pinpoint’s work began with researching the most common concerns that facial plastic surgery candidates have, and consulting with Dr. Karam about the e-book’s wireframe. After careful consideration, and custom detailing, our content and design team then created a beautiful 56- page digital book that is available to anyone who downloads it from Dr. Karam’s website. This e-book takes a comprehensive look at the Vertical Restore TM procedure and the results, pre-op and post-op care instructions, a consultation checklist, financing links, Dr. Karam and practice review sites, as well as video testimonials from patients who have already experienced the astounding results.
THE SCOPE
Dr. Karam harnessed his expertise and innovation to create the Vertical RestoreTM technique for his patients. He is the only surgeon in the world who performs this surgery, and there is a 2+ year waiting list to book it. Dr. Karam wants to make sure that candidates are pre-qualified and serious about scheduling a consultation. Pinpoint created a 56-page comprehensive e-book using our vast knowledge of the aesthetic industry, paired with input from Dr. Karam. Through patient education, we were able to expertly brand and market his cutting-edge surgical technique while helping him to streamline his patient consultation and conversion process.
