Pinpoint’s work for Dr. Jones and MILC Med Spa included comprehensive branding prior to marketing MILC’s grand opening. MILC’s grand opening event was a celebratory reveal of not only a newly renovated building, but the introduction of all-new MILC MedSpa, a women-only mecca of relaxation. Designed to create an environment of luxury and pampering for its aesthetic clients, the MILC event included live entertainment, artisan cocktails, full catering, procedure demos, special prizes, custom-scented treatment rooms, luxurious swag bags, and enticing savings to help launch this beautiful and exclusive Buckhead, GA Med Spa.
Reveal and Celebrate a New MedSpa and Create Excitement and Engagement in the Community
Pinpoint collaborated with “Atlanta Plastic” celebrity plastic surgeon, Dr. Wright Jones to help bring his vision to life for a luxurious, grand event that would make his guests feel pampered and indulged while also encouraging them to let their hair down and have a great time. The goals were:
Communication to Spark Interest and Generate RSVP’s for the Event
High-end aesthetic consumers expect the events they attend to be an experience to remember with flawless attention to detail across every touchpoint, from the pre-marketing build-up to their VIP SWAG bags. With this level of expectation in mind, Dr. Jones, his team, and Pinpoint, collaborated to build out every detail of MILC’s Grand Opening Party to create a memorable and fun evening for existing plastic surgery patients and new aesthetic clients.
Pinpoint’s work began with our signature Large Event Marketing Package. With decades of experience in marketing events, our process for building excitement, awareness, attendance, and revenue at events has been sharpened through the delivery of thousands of events over the span of 30 years.
THE SCOPE
Pinpoint started two months prior to the event with strategic planning and theme building, giving our team ample opportunities to reach existing and prospective clients several times, and across many different channels, to ensure success. The event was titled, “Mix & Mingle with MILC MedSpa.”
We started marketing the event with email, social, and website marketing to create a digital splash and drive RSVPs to a landing page where attendees could register for the event. In addition to digital marketing, we utilized point of purchase door signage, print materials, and community partner marketing materials to generate interest with both existing clients and new potential clients in the community.
In the weeks leading up to the event, we continually refreshed marketing assets to build a high level of interest and excitement, resulting in soaring and sustained attendance numbers! During the event, Pinpoint created an array of branded marketing materials to drive conversions, patient education, and engagement, including: gift cards, swag bags, a fund-raising raffle, and event signage to facilitate patient flow and promote visits with the providers who were demonstrating treatments during the event.
Weeks Before the Event…the excitement begins
MILC Med Spa’s Grand Opening event dazzled their guests, from the valet parking and expert mixologists to the treatment demos and live music - it was an evening to remember. The event was pure class and style at every touchpoint. For the practice, this celebration was the perfect avenue for launching their beautiful new practice in its newly renovated building, and an opportunity to enlighten clients about the offerings available at MILC Med Spa into the future.
