A PINPOINT LOYALTY PROGRAM CASE STUDY
Pinpoint’s work for Serotonin included a comprehensive client membership program that capitalizes on the advantages of being a patient at Serotonin. In collaboration with Eric Casaburi, founder and CEO of Serotonin Centers, Pinpoint created naming choices to arrive at their new “Feel Good Memberships.” Memberships were designed to be “additive,” so each elevated tier included all the benefits of the tier below it. Pinpoint provided membership program consultation, as well as development support for all the Serotonin branded marketing tools, a full line of promotional merchandise, and educational tools to help clients choose which membership worked best for them.

Pinpoint collaborated with Serotonin Centers and founder, Eric Casaburi to create a membership-based program for his high-growth aesthetic and wellness franchise business model. The goals were:
An Enduring and Flexible Membership Program
Pinpoint’s collaboration with Serotonin Centers began with developing an overarching name for all of Serotonin’s memberships, as well as naming each tier level “Feel Good,” Memberships was selected as the umbrella name to describe their complete offering, with tier names such as “Vital” and “Optimize.”.
Creating a Membership Program with all the Personal Effects.
Pinpoint got to work producing a suite of program marketing materials, including a brochure that explained how the memberships work, social media posting, Point-of-Purchase signage, collateral materials for franchise lobbies, membership handouts, email marketing campaigns, and more.
Serotonin wanted to provide “Welcome Rewards” for new Serotonin members, so Pinpoint created and produced logo’d athletic apparel, which is given to every new member. In addition, every member is given a Welcome Gift Package, filled with Serotonin branded merchandise, such as a porcelain coffee mug, lycra eye mask, notepad, and pen, all beautifully packaged with a card, thanking them for their commitment to the program.
The Results
Pinpoint’s membership development process allows practices in aesthetics and wellness to attract and retain clients so thecome in for more frequent visits at a more predictable and recurring schedule. Building loyalty among consumers requires careful attention to detail – from branding to marketing. As Serotonin Centers have grown Pinpoint has helped them to redefine and adjust membership tiers based on their clients’ desires.
