Pinpoint highlighted this curated, relaxing approach to care throughthe delivery of enticing “visuals and voice” for their new 48-page Med Spa Menu of Service and patient welcome folders.
THE CHALLENGE
Pinpoint partnered with Ocean Drive Plastic Surgery and Med Spa to develop specific client engagement materials for their Florida-based Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetic practice. The goals were to:
Pinpoint partnered with the professionals at Ocean Drive Plastic Surgery and Med Spa to create a 40-page full-color magazine-style menu for their spa clients. Each page was dedicated to beauty, education, and enrichment. Gorgeous tropical tones paired with engaging fonts highlighted the procedures and treatments, while informing patients on what to expect from each service.
In addition, Pinpoint developed four separate patient Welcome Folders to house consultation materials for each patient pathway into the practice, including; Spa Services, Cosmetic Dermatology, and one each for Plastic Surgeon Alan Durkin, MD and Jimmy Chim, MD. Using specific materials for each surgeon or point of entry gives Ocean Drive clients clarity about the types of services they are booking, and with whom they will work.
