Tamara (Tami) Vileta is the founder and creative director of Pinpoint Strategic Communications. She has 30+ years of experience in brand development, strategic marketing, art direction, graphic design, and copy writing for plastic surgery and aesthetic medical practices. She has also worked with some of the most influential corporate entities that serve the industry, including laser, skin care, and medical device manufacturers, practice management software companies, skin care brands, and leading practice consultants.
Her agency, Pinpoint, provides high-level branding, award-winning design, engaging content creation, and savvy marketing services to over 400 practices and businesses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Africa. Tami finds great value in focusing her agency’s work on patient experience and retention initiatives, including Brand Development, Patient Loyalty Marketing, Patient Event Promotion, Email Marketing, Patient Education Initiatives, Collateral Design, Integrated Launch Campaigns (across digital, print, and display), and Promotional Merchandise. Focusing on these strengths has made her agency stand-alone in the field. While most agencies focus solely on lead acquisition efforts, over her years of collaboration in the field of aesthetics, including her close partnership with Terri Ross and the APX Platform, Tami knows that sophisticated patient conversion and nurturing tactics are just as important.

In her personal life, Tami was a former competitive figure skater for over 30 years, but now focuses her athletic endeavors competing in USTA league tennis. She also loves hiking in the Pacific Northwest, traveling the globe, walking her wayward pups, and cooking massive meals large enough to feed the Seahawks.
